2nd ISM-MycoRed Mediterranean Workshop

The Workshop on "Mycotoxicological Risks in Mediterranean Countries: Economic Impact, Prevention, Management and Control" has been held in Istanbul on 14 October 2011, in the framewok of the 4^th International Congress on Food and Nutrition and the 3^rd SAFE Consortium International Congress on Food Safety.
This workshop was focused on the cooperation among Mediterranean Countries, with an overview on the current situation on the occurrence of mycotoxins and toxigenic fungi in Mediterranean Bacin.
