Ranked the number one agricultural institute in Europe and number two in the world, INRA (InstitutNational de la Recherche Agronomique) carries out mission-oriented research for better food and
nutrition,preservation of the environment and competitive, sustainable agricultural practices (

The INRA laboratory of Pharmacology and Toxicology is located in Toulouse and belongs to
the recently created Toxicology research center (30 permanent scientists). This research center aims at improving the food quality for a better health of animals and humans. Research at the INRA
laboratory of Pharmacology-Toxicology involves both general pharmacology and food safety (especially drug and xenobiotics residues). The laboratory has more than 25 years experiences in the mycotoxin
field and the different members of the staff have an established international reputation in mycotoxicology and immunology.
