National Research Centre, (NRC), Egypt, which set up in 1956, it is content 14 divisions and content different fields in chemicals and biological sciences. Food Toxicology and Contaminants Dept
and Mycotoxins and Food Safety Central Lab "MFSCL" belongs to the NRC which considers the first lab in Egypt that deals with the food toxins and/or contaminants and is considered as
well as the reference lab for all the governmental and private sectors. This lab extended the knowledge to the staff in Universities and Research Centers and other concerned National and
International Agencies in Egypt and Afro-Asian countries through the National and/or International training courses and workshops continuously held in Egypt covering the following areas: Mycotoxins,
Phycotoxins and other food contaminants as Pesticides, Heavy metals and amines.
