MycoRed-MoniQa training course: CAPACITY BUILDING IN MYCOTOXIN-SAFE FOOD TRADE

6/10 Dec 2010 - The MycoRed-MoniQa Training Course " CAPACITY BUILDING IN MYCOTOXIN SAFE FOOD TRADE" will be held in Penang, Malaysia.
Registration should be submitted before November 15, 2010.
• The training will be focused on education, awareness, leading to improved surveillance and regulation, building a network, by an interactive programme with discussion groups
• The course will be addressed to approx. 20 food inspectors with the following key issues in their profile:
- food safety knowledge/expertise
- middle level (does inspections or guides inspections)
- interest beyond laboratory environment 
- communication skills in English
- actively contributing to discussions and deliverables.
