to formulate an implementation plan for the activities within the WP for the future period, which can imply changes to the Consortium Plan and/or Annex I of the EC-GA
to advise the Coordinator of any discrepancy with the Consortium Plan, including any delay in delivery
to monitor the achievement of WP objectives
to plan and coordinate WP activities, organizing a quarterly WP meeting (webconference)
to set goals, facilitate and manage technical and/or scientific team working
in their WP
to monitor performances
to check the quarterly production and delivery of the reports and results
for which they have responsibility
